Online Shopping

Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button in that product's description page. 

You can now shop online at Obichka without creating an account.

There are two options:

• Checkout as a guest: order without account-registration
• Checkout as a returning customer: order via your account

If you already have an accout, you can check the content of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top of the page. If you decide to remove an item from your cart, just click "Revome this item" to the right of the product you would like to remove. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart. To do this, type in the new quantity and click on the "Update Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Assuming the quantity you have requested is available, you will now see the adjusted quantities as well as your new subtotal (if you enter a quantity that is greater than the quantity available, your purchase quantity will reflect the maximum quantity available).

Once your order has been completed you will see the confirmation on the screen. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service at info@obichka.com. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. The email will include a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.

If you want to cancel your order please write an e-mail to info@obichka.com. We will try to fulfil your request immediately. Please, note that we caanot cancel the order once its been shipped to the destination.
