Shipping Policy

Please allow 2 working days for orders to be shipped from our warehouse, but we always aim for next working day!

We are proud to offer shipment globally to nearly 200 countries around the world. 

We offer free shipping for orders over 120 EUR.

On average, orders arrive to the destination address in 3-10 days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that your item is on its way. The email will include a tracking number so that you can track the status of your order.

• Standard Delivery 

For all countries -  9 EUR 

Obichka items are shipped out of Bulgaria via Deutsche Post.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Our company will declare full value paid on international shipments. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying from us.

• Damaged or incorrect items

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

• Returns

If you do not like the product you purchased or have problems with the sizing, you have 15 days to return your item(s) from date of delivery. Please, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
